Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations, freight processing, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment. You will engage customers, stock the floor, and uphold product protection standards.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, assisting with new hire training on Kohl’s brand standards and inventory procedures, and collaborating with leadership to meet objectives. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload shipments, stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Ensure product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on brand standards and procedures.
