Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking team members for its Fulfillment Center Crew. Weekend shifts are Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM with scheduling flexibility.

You will pick and pack gear for online orders and help keep products moving efficiently through the facility. No prior distribution experience is required; candidates must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• No prior distribution/warehouse experience required.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week; peak times may require full-time hours.
• Walk or stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship; pre-employment drug testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack gear for online orders nationwide.
• Keep products moving smoothly and efficiently through the facility.
• Restock primary warehouse bin locations to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, energized work environment for the crew.

• Keep products moving smoothly and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Restock primary warehouse bin locations like a pro to keep order fulfillment flying high.

Requirements

• Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week required full-time equivalent hours may be available during peak times.
• Walk or stand for your entire work shift.
• Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements.
• Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.
• Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
• Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.

Position Compensation Outline

• Base Compensation: $18.00/hour
• Saturday & Sunday Premium: Earn an additional +$3.00/hr from September 28th through December 20th, 2026
• Peak Holiday Premium: Stack an additional +$1.00/hr from November 23rd through December 20th, 2026.
