Job summary

Duluth Trading Company seeks a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to pick and pack gear for online orders and keep warehouse flow smooth and accurate. You’ll restock bins, maintain safety, and work with engaged leadership and modern warehousing tech.

Minimum schedule of 16 hours/week with potential full-time peak hours; base pay is $18/hour plus holiday, weekend, and shift premiums; benefits include employee discount and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week (full-time equivalent hours may be available during peak times).
• Walk or stand for your entire work shift.
• Lift 30 lbs on average, 40 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
• Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack our gear for online orders heading across the country.
• Keep products moving smoothly and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Restock primary warehouse bin locations to maintain order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and energized work environment for the crew.
