Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Belleville, WI to pick, pack, and ship gear for online orders across the country, with a base rate of $18.00/hour plus a peak holiday premium of $1.00/hour during 11/23–12/20/2026.

This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and safety, with flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–5:00 PM), a 40% employee discount, and comprehensive onboarding via New Hire Orientation.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week; full-time equivalent hours may be available during peak times.
• Walk or stand for your entire work shift.
• Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
• Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.
