You will operate a Warehouse Management System (WMS), follow OSHA guidelines, and support other teams as needed. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally; team lifts up to 108 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to team lift up to 108 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to bend, reach, twist, stoop, crawl and crouch regularly to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory while meeting safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Promote a safe work environment and report safety concerns; comply with OSHA standards.
• Follow directions from leadership and perform tasks with high efficiency and minimal supervision.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; manage company equipment and materials.
• Prepare and load outbound shipments with correct quantities and documentation; report discrepancies.
• Accurately process inventory transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.
• Inspect shipments for damage; document issues with paperwork and photos; notify leadership as needed.
