Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Belleville, WI. You will pick and pack online orders, restock bin locations, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment. The role supports fast, accurate fulfillment with a focus on speed and customer service.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with an additional Peak Holiday Premium of $1.00/hour from November 23 through December 20, 2026. Flexible scheduling and strong onboarding help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week required.
• Walk or stand for your entire work shift.
• Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.
• Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
• Safety-sensitive positions require pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack our gear for online orders heading across the country.
• Keep products moving smoothly and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Restock primary warehouse bin locations to keep fulfillment fast.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and energized work environment for the crew.
