Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin. The role offers a base pay of $18.00/hour with a peak holiday premium of $1.00/hour during November 23–December 20, 2026.

Flexible scheduling and a fast track to the floor support quick onboarding after interviews and background checks. Responsibilities include accurate picking/packing for online orders, keeping products flowing, restocking bin locations, and maintaining a safe, energized work environment.

Qualifications

• No prior distribution/warehouse experience required.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week.
• Walk or stand for your entire work shift.
• Lift 30 lbs on average, 40 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to 500 lbs.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
• Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack our famous gear for online orders heading all across the country.
• Keep products moving smoothly and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Restock primary warehouse bin locations to keep order fulfillment flying high.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and energized work environment for the whole crew.
