Job summary

Hanna Andersson’s Distribution Center in Louisville, KY is seeking a seasonal warehouse associate to support backstock, receiving, and Voice-Pick operations. This role offers consistent hours, a team‑driven environment, and the chance to learn multiple warehouse functions while delivering quality children’s apparel nationwide.

You will pick and pack orders, receive merchandise, prepare shipments, and operate Voice‑Pick equipment in a clean, temperature‑controlled setting.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended shifts.
• Cross-trained in multiple distribution center areas.
• Must be able to work holidays and overtime.
• Basic computer skills preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, twist, stoop for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. for the eight‑ or ten‑hour shift.
• Must be able to be cross trained in multiple distribution center areas.
• Must be able to be deployed in any cross‑trained area based on business volume.
• Must be able to work holidays and overtime.
• Basic computer skills preferred but not essential.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Constant standing and walking throughout warehouse.
• Occasional climbing stairs
• Constant object handling, bags, boxes, carts, and merchandise.

Working Conditions

The job is performed in a controlled, drug and alcohol‑free work environment. Closed‑toed and heeled shoes required. Continuous physical requirements such as standing, lifting, walking, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing in addition to material handling. Willingness to embrace a culturally diverse work environment. Constant movement of carts, boxes, and machinery. Noise levels vary depending on the time of year and lite automation equipment in use.
