Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for our Portland Service Center. You will pick customer orders with RF scanners, prepare shipments, and stage orders for dispatch.

The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a seasonal stint through year-end, with 10.5-hour shifts on a two-on rotation, and a path to full-time conversion for high performers.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Willingness to learn and maintain reliable attendance.
• Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets.
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify packing accuracy, seal cartons, and send to shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Use WMS to track inventory and maintain accountability.
