Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and stay active all day.
• Ability to safely traverse all warehouse areas.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Preferred: Warehouse experience, preferred: equipment operation, and inventory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer and apparel orders to support on-time shipments and production schedules.
• Receive incoming inventory, verify accuracy, and put materials away in the correct warehouse locations.
• Pack and ship orders efficiently, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and preparation for outbound delivery.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Stage apparel orders for production, verifying completeness and organizing materials for delivery to the appropriate location.
• Load outbound trailers to maximize space utilization and support safe transportation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following warehouse safety procedures and standards.
• Work efficiently throughout the day to meet warehouse quality and productivity expectations.
