Job summary

ShipMonk in Louisville is hiring Seasonal / Full-Time Morning Shift Warehouse Associates to help pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. You’ll use scanners and iPads, work in a fast-paced environment, and gain hands-on training while earning weekly pay.

No prior warehouse experience is required; you’ll be trained. You must be 18+, able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate in English or Spanish. Seasonal role with potential to convert to regular employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but no experience required—we’ll train you.
• Ability to stand/walk for most of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (noise, varying temperatures, and high energy).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish; bilingual welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy to prepare orders for shipping.
• Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently to keep fulfillment running.
• Rotate through receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects.
• Stay active and engaged in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Use scanners and iPads to improve speed and accuracy.
• Support other departments as needed.
