Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for our East Coast Fulfillment Center in Elizabethtown, PA. This climate-controlled facility offers hands-on training, safety-first culture, and clear paths for career development.

You will audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders on a 4-day evening schedule (Tue-Fri, 6 AM–4 PM). Pay starts at $21.45/hour with potential increases to $23.20/hour based on location and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift or Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) experience is a plus.
• Strong safety awareness and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders.
• Rotate through tasks within the department as needed.
• Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Complete receiving/shipping documentation as required.
• Follow standard operating procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues.
