Duluth Trading Company in Belleville, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick and pack gear for online orders nationwide. You will help keep products moving through the facility and support a fast-paced, safety-conscious team.

No prior distribution experience is required; with 16 hours per week minimum and the potential for full-time hours during peak times, you can start quickly after a successful interview. Base pay is $18.00/hour with premiums during holiday and weekends.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week.
• Walk or stand for the entire work shift.
• Lift 30–50 lbs as described in the job requirements.

3rd shift applicants are welcome to work on other shifts prior to 3rd shift opening up.

As a Warehouse Associate

Requirements

• Successful candidates do not require previous distribution/warehouse experience to qualify
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week required
• full-time equivalent hours may be available during peak times
• Walk or stand for your entire work shift
• Lift 30 lbs. on average, 40 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements
• Push/pull a cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds
• Fluctuating warehouse noise level and temperature
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks
• Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug testing requirements

Position Compensation Outline

Base Compensation:

$18.00/hour

PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM:

An additional $1.00/hr from November 23rd through December 20th, 2026

2nd shift premium 5PM - 12AM: An additional $1.00/hr from 11/9/2026 through 12/20/2026

3rd shift premium 12AM - 5AM: An additional $2.00/hr from 11/9/2026 through 12/20/2026

SATURDAY & SUNDAY PREMIUM: An additional $3.00/hr from September 14th through December 20th, 2026
