Job summary

Target is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Workers at our distribution center in Washington. Roles include various shift patterns with hours starting early morning. Wages begin at $24.25 per hour and can go to $27.97 per hour, with extra shift differential pay ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour for eligible assignments.

Applicants should be able to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and operate basic warehouse equipment after training. Benefits and discounts offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to push carts and move items with hand trucks.
• Stand, walk, and reach during shifts.
• Read labels and product documentation to process items accurately.
• Communicate effectively in English and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings for safe operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
• Operate basic equipment after training and work at heights where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report on time for tasks.
