Job summary

Target is hiring a Seasonal Full Time Hourly Warehouse Associate at our Lawrenceville, GA facility. You will pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests, maintain a safe work environment, and accurately process merchandise with attention to detail.

Roles operate on varied shifts, with pay starting at $21.25 per hour plus a possible $2.00–$3.50 shift differential. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to read labels, tickets and other product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Move inventory and freight efficiently while maintaining a neat work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
