Bass Pro Shops in Prairie du Chien, WI, is hiring for Warehouse Outfitter roles on 1st and 2nd shifts. Starting hourly wage is $17.50, with premiums for PM shift, equipment operator duties, and other add-ons; full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, filling orders, stocking merchandise, packing shipments, and maintaining accurate locations. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk entire shift, and work flexibly in a

• Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift, use a step ladder, and consistently lift 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner and be a team player.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and perform other duties as assigned.

• Fills customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order
• Stocks merchandise to ensure availability of items
• Packs customer orders for shipment
• Selects and verifies product for fulfillment and routes to the next area or packs for shipping
• Assign and reassign pick locations based on information from reports and maintain an accurate listing of all locations
• Sorts merchandise as appropriate
• Process, ticket or sort merchandise for retail locations
• Performs returns processing for customer orders
• Cleans and repairs different reel models and determines if repair is under warranty
• Outfitter will perform various duties, based upon DC needs
• Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed
• Outfitter may be asked to carry out special projects as needed and perform various duties as assigned
• Maintains work area by cleaning as needed.
