Job summary

BGR in Louisville, KY is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to handle unloading, receiving, picking, staging, and loading shipments. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with assignment through January 2027. Pay starts at $19.50 per hour, with higher rates for relevant experience.

You will operate forklift and RF devices, verify packing slips, and ensure accurate receipts and inventory placement. This role is seasonal and offers no benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse roles such as order picker or receiver.
• Experience with operating forklifts, tow motors, pallets jacks, and similar equipment.
• Experience with RF devices.
• Reading and writing in English; high school diploma preferred.
• Attention to detail; self-starter and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect and operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Unload and stage inventory off trucks for receiving.
• Verify packing slips against product unloaded.
• Process receipts using RF gun and computer.
• Put away inventory into storage locations.
• Pick shipments accurately and stage in designated area.
• Process LTL & Parcel shipments through shipping portals.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
