Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is hiring a Seasonal - Warehouse associate for the 1st shift, 7:00AM to 3:00PM. Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI. Compensation: $23.45 per hour.

This role supports our manufacturing team with safe, reliable order picking and component handling in a fast-paced environment. You will follow SOPs, complete training, and participate in quality checks and safety programs. Qualifications include being at least 18, eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, and, ideally, a HS

• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned by supervision.
• Pass “Joey” PIV operator training.
• Use “Joey” PIV truck to locate, electronically scan and pick required components from assigned locations as printed on computer generated pick, replenishment lists or build sheets.
• Follow assembly SOPs when building products including reporting exceptions, quality issues, and problems to supervision.
• Master simple builds for decorative products consisting of combining components, installation guides, and re-labeling.
• Master medium skill-level builds for decorative products including full assembly of components, handle swaps, gluing, water testing, and/or air testing.
