League One Volleyball (LOVB) is seeking a Coach Enhancement Program member for the Houston LOVBPro training site. This part-time, seasonal role supports practices, drills, and analytics without roster participation.

Qualifications

• Prior volleyball coaching or playing experience and ability to support professional-level training activities.
• Strong on-court presence, communication, and ability to follow coaching direction.
• Completion of required SafeSport and LOVB compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Support LOVBPro coaching staff during practices and training sessions.
• Assist with drills, practice setup/teardown, and practice management.
• Observe professional-level practice structures and coachin g cues; document observations.
• Maintain confidentiality and athlete-centered boundaries; follow LOVB policies.
