Belk is seeking a Seasonal Temporary Visual Security Associate to support store asset protection initiatives and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will deter theft, monitor activities, assist customers, and report suspicious behavior to store leadership while maintaining a welcoming shopping experience. This hourly role offers flexible scheduling during nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will support security awareness and product knowledge.
