Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life across estate retail stores, including the Winery and exhibit spaces. You will translate legacy aesthetics into compelling displays and collaborate with multiple teams to support seasonal stories and product launches.

This temporary seasonal role requires full-time availability during peak periods, travel between estate locations, and a strong focus on guest experience and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related retail or design experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to world-class guest service.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising promotion, techniques, and strategy is helpful.
• Outstanding attention to detail with brand aesthetics and design.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and troubleshoot.
• Strong project and time management, organizational, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of seasonal floor sets, displays, and focal product areas across all estate stores.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across stores while preserving each location’s character.
• Refresh in-store displays regularly to maintain visual appeal and relevance.
• Ensure stock levels are appropriate in stores to maintain visual standards.
• Interpret creative direction and translate brand assets into merchandising solutions.
• Provide guidance and hands-on training to store associates on visual standards.
• Act as a visual liaison across stores to ensure clarity and consistency in execution.
• Offer on-site support during peak seasons or store transitions.
