Job summary

Soave Hospitality Group, Inc. is hiring a Van Driver for the Naples, FL location as a temporary, full-time seasonal role from October 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027. The driver will complete two hourly shuttle trips per hour, inspect the van, and report delays or accidents while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

Shifts run 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm. Perks include medical/vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, and meals provided per shift, with a commitment to a drug-free workplace and equal

Responsibilities

• Drives van to and from destination (two round trips per hour) with frequent stops.
• Inspects van equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water before departure.
• Complies with local traffic regulations.
• Complies with community traffic regulations.
• Maintains telephone or radio contact with pertinent club staff to report delays or accidents.
• Assists passengers into and out of vehicle.
• Performs van cleaning to include sweeping, window cleaning and hosing.
• Performs end of day final departure run by entering the Club to ensure no members/employees are left behind.
