Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a seasonal Driver in Wisconsin to safely transport toys, coats, kettles, signage, and other supplies to designated locations for the Christmas campaign. This 25-hour-per-week role runs mid-October through Christmas Eve and pays $18 per hour.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service in support of holiday programs. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, and at least 3

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred; 3 years licensed driving experience.
• Certifications: Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with clearance to drive from The Salvation Army’s insurance carrier. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age with at least 3 years of general licensed driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a mobile van to pick up and deliver items to destinations as directed.
• Pick up Christmas kettles and signage as directed.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report issues.
• Follow instructions and safety standards for van operation.
• Comply with traffic laws for passenger-vehicle operation.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to support campaign goals.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
