Responsibilities

• Operate UV flatbed printers to personalize products with text, graphics, or full-color artwork.
• Review and prepare digital files using printer software.
• Load and align products accurately on the print bed according to job specifications.
• Monitor print runs for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance (e.g., head cleaning, alignment, ink levels).
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and address print issues.
• Assist with post-print handling including drying, curing, and hand-off to packaging team.
• Work as part of a collaborative production team.
• During peak seasons, assist in other departments to meet demand.
