Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member for our distribution center. You will perform duties across tuxedo production, break down garments, and prepare items for cleaners. The role includes scanning, inspecting, and restocking garments and accessories for reuse.

You will handle order picking, matching garments and shoes for new rentals, and ensure quality control on outgoing orders while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and supporting multiple production areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work in all areas of tuxedo production in a distribution center.
• Ability to read and understand picking tickets.
• Ability to learn to use RF (Radio Frequency) scanner.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Customer oriented and detail- and deadline oriented.
• Must be able to work overtime during peak season.
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math, counting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn basic computer skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as assigned by department supervisor.
• Breaking down and separating garments from used tuxedos.
• Scanning and bagging garments to be sent to cleaners.
• Cleaning and re-bagging shoes.
• Receiving, auditing, and inspecting garments returned from cleaners.
• Scanning, measuring out-seams and sleeves, sorting and sizing of garments returned from cleaners.
• Restock garments returned from cleaners as well as accessories for re-use.
• Put away clean shoes for re-use.
• Pull tuxedo orders to include coat, pants, shirts, shoes and accessories. Ensure quality control measures on outgoing tuxedo orders.
• Matching garments and shoes on new rental orders.
• Bag finished product and label destination.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• All staff are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
