Qualifications

• Must be able to perform ski and snowboard tunes and repairs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to stand and move in a busy shop for extended periods.
• Must communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests with training provided
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May include cashiering, retail, rentals, or other duties
• Other duties as assigned
