Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring for an associate role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations. You will process freight, stock the floor, and support omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers with product knowledge and assistance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
