Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a reliable store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and efficiently execute store operations in our Texas location. You will process freight, replenish stock, and support omni-channel fulfillment.

You will greet customers, assist with products, maintain stockroom standards, and participate in training for new hires. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and execute stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on brand standards, product knowledge, and inventory procedures.
• Acting with integrity, honesty and fostering teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and involve partners as needed.
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Support point of sale and customer service to deliver fast service and a compelling experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., productivity, loyalty).
• Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies for associates and customers.
• Receive, understand and respond to direction from supervisors and others.
