Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations. You will process freight, replenish stock, and support omni-channel fulfillment while engaging customers with product knowledge and service.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with pay starting at $13.00 per hour. Training on Kohl’s standards and procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor according to sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services.
• Follow product protection standards.
• Assist in training new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and procedures.
• Support POS and customer service to deliver fast transactions and customer experience.

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and consistent execution of store operations. You will efficiently process freight, replenishment, and omni channel operations.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership
