Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an Associate to deliver excellent customer service and execute store operations. You will process freight, replenish stock, and handle omni-channel fulfillment while greeting customers and assisting with products and services.

Responsibilities include assisting with training of new hires, upholding brand standards, and maintaining safety. You must be 16 or older with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership
