Job summary

Kohl’s in Greensboro is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver excellent customer service, process freight, replenish stock, and support omnichannel operations. You will efficiently handle freight and stockroom duties and help maintain store standards.

You’ll greet customers, assist with products and services, and participate in training on Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures, and productivity targets. Flexible availability preferred for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

About The Role

• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership
