Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking an entry-level Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting store operations. You will process freight, manage replenishment, and fulfill omni-channel orders, ensuring shelves are stocked and customers are assisted promptly.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, applying product protection standards, and assisting with training new hires on brand standards and procedures under store leadership guidance.
