Apply today to be a part of a diverse and dynamic team of 10,000 employees in 19 countries, working together to empower agriculture. **Responsibilities** * Operate a semi-tractor and trailer and or straight truck to deliver products to customers in the area in a safe and timely manner.* Load and unload product as required, including connecting and disconnecting trailers for product transfer, and follow safety protocols for handling products* Prepare and complete delivery documentation and daily load/unload reports; record accurate electronic logs.* Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries and maintain positive customer interactions* Drive in accordance with DOT regulations, company policies, and compliance requirements* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and report maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns promptly. Perform interior maintenance and upkeep as needed.* Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and equipment issues; follow required* Provide informal guidance and support to fellow drivers as needed regarding routes, equipment operation, and safety practices* Perform other duties as assigned by manager. Additional maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks as needed **Minimum Qualifications (required)** * Valid Class A or Class B CDL (as required for the equipment/route)* Have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience* Must meet age requirement* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English* Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and complete required documentation accurately **Additional Qualifications** * Demonstrate the ability to operate independently in a high-skill driving role, including managing complex routes or delivery requirements* Demonstrated safe-driving performance and ability to make sound safety decisions in changing weather and road conditions* Strong customer service skills and a history of positive customer feedback* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.* Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
