Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new associates on department processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and ensure trainees follow safety requirements.
• Assist new associates in learning productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Provide hands-on coaching and support during onboarding.
• Monitor trainee progress and communicate concerns or opportunities for improvement to supervisors.
• Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
• Answer questions and provide ongoing support to new associates.
• Assist with cross-training efforts as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and adherence to company policies.
