Qualifications

• There is no substitution of education for experience for Federal Wage System (FWS) positions.

Responsibilities

• Digging ditches and trenches with picks and shovels where soil is hard and compact and must be graded or sloped.
• Breaking up pavement, soil, or concrete; mixing and pouring concrete, asphalt, and hot/cold mix; filling and leveling holes in damaged roads.
• Moving furniture; removing and setting signs; painting picnic tables and signs; raking and watering lawns; trimming trees and shrubbery; picking up litter; cleaning fire pits, etc.
