Job summary

Mattel is seeking Seasonal Team Associates to support retail execution during the holiday season. You’ll partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season.

This role offers an entry point to a merchandising career with Mattel. Ideal candidates are passionate about merchandising, enjoy fast-paced environments, and bring a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred work hours include weekday daytime hours; occasional weekends.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Must have reliable internet and a smartphone/computer with Chrome to access company portals.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products.
• Collaborate with lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements.
• Unpack cases of various Mattel toys and merchandise shelves.
• Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor.
• Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement point of purchase materials and signage.
• Execute special projects including store events.
• Administrative tasks: time entry, meetings, trainings, and email.
