Job summary

Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area in Boise, ID is seeking a friendly Ticket Office Sales Associate for the winter season. You’ll handle guest transactions, answer questions, and help guests plan their mountain experience.

The role requires 6 months of sales or cash handling, strong customer service and communication skills, basic Windows computer knowledge, and the ability to pass a background check. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of sales and/or cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with tickets, season passes, and locker rentals.
• Input data into the RTP system and balance daily transactions.
• Maintain organized sales stations and a professional demeanor.
