Best Buy in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Occasional-Seasonal Geek Squad Installation Helper to join a team of Agents delivering, installing, repairing, and hauling away electronics at customers’ homes. You will support the team by handling product placement and paperwork, while assisting with in-home integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, or 150 pounds with assistance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to perform installation and haul-away tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics.
• Advise customers on product placement and recommendations.
• Work solo or in a two-person team as needed.
• Manage inventory and vehicle-related tasks with the team.
• Process paperwork and payments during installations.
• Provide feedback and help train store teams.
