Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floaters to bring Meta products to life inside local big-box retailers.

You will demonstrate products, engage customers, train store teams on AI apps, and build relationships with retailers. No tech expert is required as training is provided, with flexible weekly pay and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
• Own personal, reliable transportation.

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI and smart tech.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create memorable experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on the customer’s interests.
• Guide customers from engagement to the sale with confidence.
• Keep displays organized and demo-ready aligned with brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about products.
