Rally House is seeking team members for a temporary seasonal role to deliver an energetic, welcoming customer experience in peak periods. You will support sales, merchandising, and operations while upholding Rally House brand standards with enthusiasm and integrity.

Responsibilities include completing tasks on time, participating in training, and contributing to a fun, engaging store environment. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; perform tasks safely and accurately.
