Job summary

Skims is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience during our busiest season. You’ll support a fast-paced environment, bring energy to every interaction, and contribute to a polished, elevated guest journey.

This role requires weekend availability, at least 18 years old, and flexibility on hours. Seasonal employment may be limited in duration and hours are not guaranteed, with blackout periods from 11/22/26 to 11/30/26 and 12/18/26 to 1/3/27.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday) with at least 14 hours of open availability between both days.
• At least one closing shift across Saturday or Sunday.
• Weekend + Weekdays + Holidays availability for 3 closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience during the peak season.
• Support a fast-paced environment, bring energy to every customer interaction, and contribute to a polished guest journey.
• Assist with store operations, such as stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
