Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Parks is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Team Members for weekend and occasional weekday shifts. Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking Seasonal Team Members to join our team. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will work in many capacities in the park covering areas as needed, including serving as a Greeter, Cashier, Court Monitor, and/or Cleaner. You are responsible for contributing positively to the guest experience.

This is a temporary, part-time opportunity working primarily weekends, but some weekdays. Because we promote from within as much as possible, this position helps open the door to obtaining a regular part-time or full-time role on our Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest experience
• Acknowledge and greet guests as they enter and leave the facility
• Communicate and enforce park rules
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
• Handle all incidents/injuries in a manner appropriate to your training
• Assist with concessions and kitchen as assigned
• Handle guest's questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Performs other services or duties as required by management
