Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a seasonal Team Member in Charlotte, NC to help deliver warm, friendly service in a fast-paced shop with flexible shifts.

You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, keep the case stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming storefront while representing our brand with a positive, can-do attitude.

This entry-level role offers weekly pay and opportunities to grow within the store as Krispy Kreme expands its friendly team and services in the community.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Open availability and flexibility to work any shift.
• Must be 16 years of age or older and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Take and complete orders timely and accurately.
• Accept payment for products and ensure delivery of correct change.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Restock products to ensure freshness.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the shop.

Our Team Members are the sprinkles to our doughnut—essential for adding those finishing touches that make every customer experience special!

During peak seasons, we rely on a flexible, seasonal staffing model to ensure our A-Glazing customers receive friendly, efficient service and a well-maintained store appearance.
