See's Candies in Missoula, MT is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a single retail shop and lead a small, dedicated team. You will drive sales, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure top-tier customer service while upholding See's standards for visual merchandising and safety.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate staff, control costs, and deliver a consistent guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.
• Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Physical ability to unload deliveries and prepare returns when the store closes at the end of the season.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
