Job summary

Walmart in Lancaster, Ohio is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to move seasonal merchandise across the store. The role is part-time with shift windows between 8:00am–11:00am or 1:00pm–4:00pm. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $28.00 per hour and includes benefits and incentives.

Seasonal associates help customers, stock shelves, and support checkout operations during peak times. Responsibilities include guiding customers to products, maintaining tidy aisles, and processing orders while collaborating

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers to find products
• Keep aisles neat and clean and stock shelves
• Handle customer orders and inquiries
• Operate in multiple departments including Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods

Responsibilities

• Walk up to 5 miles daily fulfilling online orders
• Review orders and locate merchandise on the sales floor
• Ensure orders are filled accurately
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and answer questions
