Job summary

Walmart is seeking seasonal associates at Walmart Supercenter #976 in Winnsboro, LA. You will move the majority of seasonal merchandise and help with holiday readiness.

This full-time hourly role offers a base pay of $14–$27 per hour, plus performance incentives and various benefits, including health coverage, 401(k), and PTO. Availability of mid-shift and closing shifts.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.
