Job summary

Walmart in Waterville, ME is seeking seasonal associates to move the majority of seasonal merchandise across the store. You will be prepared for major holidays and peak seasons, applying product knowledge and merchandise skills.

The role is full-time with mid-shift and closing availability, at Walmart Supercenter #2013 in Waterville. Compensation includes a hourly wage plus performance incentives and potential premiums based on schedule or work performed.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage:

$16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.
