Walmart Supercenter #1283 in Starke, FL is seeking seasonal associates to move merchandise and assist during major holidays. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills to keep the store running smoothly.

Hourly wages range from $15 to $28 per hour, with additional incentives and premiums based on schedule or performance. The position is part-time with available Mid-Shift and Closing shifts, and Walmart offers health, retirement, PTO and education benefits.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.
