Walmart Mulberry Supercenter in Mulberry, FL is seeking seasonal, part-time associates to move merchandise and support holiday operations. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving, and strong customer service to help keep shelves stocked and the shopping experience smooth.

Shifts include mid-shift and closing hours. The pay ranges from $15 to $28 per hour, with performance incentives and a broad benefits program.

Hourly Wage Policy

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$15 - $28 per hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.
