Walmart in Laurel, MS is hiring seasonal associates for part-time shifts to help move seasonal merchandise throughout the store. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.

Seasonal associates are prepared for major holidays and fluctuating store demand, with available mid-shift and closing hours. Wage ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, plus additional premiums and incentives described in the posting.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
